“Let's preface this report by saying that I'm not the easiest guest to please. In fact, I can sometimes be a genuine pain in the butt. I've stayed at the property once or twice a month for the past six years and I've never been disappointed with anything ranging from the airport shuttle service, front desk staff, cleanliness of the room or general property maintenance.“
